Five years ago, I failed spectacularly.
As Chief Learning Officer of Monde Nissin Corporation (USD 1B MNC), I launched a systems thinking programme. Evaluations were glowing, but no real-world impact. Leaders didn’t apply what they learned.
That hurt, until I pivoted.
I rebuilt the programme around systems thinking habits, drawing from my time as Director Studies at Residential College 4 (RC4) in National University of Singapore. The result? Leaders applied it and kept applying it.
Since then, through my company Coddiwompling, I’ve delivered the programme to 15+ organisations in Singapore from banks to hospitals, IHLs to transport, impacting hundreds of leaders.
Now, it’s going global 🌏
📍 Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Keynote speaker at the 2025 Women Leadership Conference to the Minister on 7 June 2025 and a customised training for senior leaders in diverse organisations in Cambobida on how systems thinking habits uplift thinking, drive better action, and lead to real change on 6 June 2025. Thank you to my buddy, Jeff Tan from Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy (SCIA) for your willingness to give me an opportunity to value add.
In an AI-disrupted world, it’s not just IQ or EQ, it’s CQ (Collective Intelligence) that sets leaders apart. Systems thinking habits build that edge.
🇸🇬 In Singapore, the programme is generously SkillsFuture-funded (up to 90%):
