After close to 3 years of clocking more than 600 paid coaching hours, going through the months of training and sitting through the 3 hrs coaching knowledge assessment test since obtaining my ACC, I finally reached another major milestone in my coaching development journey, the PCC!
I started my journey to want to become a coach when I was still the Chief Information and Learning Officer with Monde Nissin Corporation in 2020. Thanks to Luchi Vitales, CEO, MA, PCC and Henry Soesanto for sending me to a coaching course taught by Adam Noah Paul Bautista, ACC and now 4 years on finally arriving at a PCC. What a transformative journey it has been.
Next stop, MCC in 3 years time! 🙂
